WHO WE ARE
NACH or National Archives, Culture and Historic Preservation is a cabinet level office headed by a Director who is appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the FSM Congress.

WHAT WE DO
The purpose of this office is to implement the National Government policy on the protection and preservation of the diverse cultural heritage of the peoples of Micronesia (Federated States of Micronesia). Furthermore the office assists the states in the indentification and maintenance of those areas, sites and objects of historical significance within the nation. The office additionally serves as the coordinating office for the FSM States, it provides assistance and support in the promotion and protection of the FSM's national heritage through a progressive program of cultural and historic preservation. The office holds a smal archiving unit responsible for scanning all National Government Executive Branch documents.
